Lettings Negotiator

india@platinumpropertiesely.co.uk

India looks after the tenant journey, from first enquiry through viewings and applications right up to key collection, keeping landlords updated every week along the way. India is also the creative force behind our social media, and you will regularly find her on our TikTok, producing eye-catching content that shows the lighter side of life at Platinum, with Danny usually behind the camera. Her calm, focused and organised approach has made her one of the most five star reviewed members of the team.

India joined us in March 2025 in her first property role, bringing four years of customer service experience and two years' study in Business and Marketing. She arrived at interview the best prepared of every candidate despite being thoroughly nervous, and has since made the role entirely her own.

Did you know: India is a crazy cat lady.
