Maria Morgan-Geen
Maria owns Platinum Properties, having set up the business in 2013, although she has worked within the industry since 1998, during which she has undertaken a wealth of professional training and qualifications, she loves this dynamic industry! Running Platinum encapsulates her previous experience in the IT, marketing, accounting and customer service sectors (as well as HR and health and safety), all of which ensures she, alongside the rest of the PP team, are well versed in delivering high-quality results to her clients. Growing up locally, as the daughter of a builder, she has expert knowledge of the area and the processes behind the building and renovation of properties which forms another of her passions. Maria holds a Level 4 Qualification in Lettings & Property Management.

Fay Daunt
Fay joined Platinum Properties in August 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained over 14 years across both the social and private rented sectors, proving an unbridled passion for property. She is excited to work at Platinum as she has the opportunity to utilise the best modern technology and techniques that the industry has to offer to deliver an unprecedented level of service in her day-to-day management of her designated portfolio of properties. Lisa Cassidy
Lisa joined PP in April 2023, having been born and raised in Ely she has a wealth of local knowledge to draw upon as well as plenty of experience! Originally starting her career path in sales, Lisa was quickly drawn to the rapid, ever evolving, world of lettings and returned to the industry after raising her family. After moving back to Ely from Downham Market, Lisa joined a well regarded lettings firm where she focused on the tenant finding process, but is now excited to expand her experience in the sector further by focusing on property management and, having completed a full renovation of a property to let herself along with her husband, very much understands the process from the point of being a landlords and their concerns and considerations when renting out their investments.

Abigail has brought her passion for property, sales and marketing and excellent customer service to the table at Platinum Properties and this shines through in her day-to-day approach with clients. In her role Abigail develops and grows the business, whilst highlighting the company’s high standards and award-winning service excellence. Abigail also oversees the property marketing and letting process, as well as managing the administration and negotiation functions of the business.

Lauren started with Platinum in October 2019, working through the Modern Apprenticeship Scheme she has completed an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration and her ARLA accredited NVQ Level 2 in Lettings & Property Management since joining the team. Having worked in a customer service role previously, Lauren has expanded on her skills to deliver excellence in customer service and is building a strong career in the lettings industry and strong working relationships with both our clients and customers alike. Lauren takes overall responsibility for dealing with enquiries for new lets, agreeing new tenancies and renewals of tenancy.

Ellie joined Platinum in January 2023, with her prior customer service experience she is already well versed in meeting and assisting new people. Ellie now puts that experience to great use in providing the same levels of customer services within the property sector when she is completing viewings and negotiating new lets. Ellie has shown a natural aptitude for administration and lettings negotiation since joining the company, she is a very fast learner with strong administration and organisational skills which has led her to take overall responsibility for renewing existing tenancies and executing rent reviews..

Danny Hannigan
Danny joined the Platinum team as an Apprentice Lettings Assistant in early 2023. After prior work experience with an estate agent, Danny found a passion for the property business. Originally pursuing a Level 2 Business Administration and Accounting NVQ, he is now working toward his Level 3 in Business Administration. Danny has a natural aptitude for being calm and reasoned in his approach, he is happiest on the phone building relationships with both clients and customers as part of the negotiation of lets and this shows in the fantastic feedback we regularly receive. Danny has also shown keen interest in the property management side of the business, starting with taking ownership of the safety certification process for our managed properties at Platinum.
