Senior Portfolio Manager

fay@platinumpropertiesely.co.uk

Fay oversees the day-to-day running of our Property Management department alongside her own portfolio to the East of the A10, across Cambridge and into Suffolk. Inventories, property visits, maintenance and end of tenancy all sit with her, and she runs her portfolio to an exacting standard.

Fay joined Platinum in August 2022 with over 14 years' experience across the social and private rented sectors. Her direct but approachable style means tenants get clear support and advice, and landlords get the care their investment deserves. She also has a knack for delivering difficult news with a dry humour that takes the edge off, which is a genuinely useful skill in this industry.
