Maria owns Platinum Properties, having set up the business in 2013, although she has worked within the lettings sector since 1998. Maria has undertaken a wealth of professional training and qualifications and loves this dynamic, ever-changing industry! Running Platinum encapsulates her previous experience in the IT, marketing, accounting and customer service sectors (as well as HR and health and safety), which ensures she, alongside the rest of the PP team, has the skills and experience necessary to deliver high-quality results to her clients. Growing up locally, as the daughter of a builder, she has expert knowledge of the area and the processes behind the building and renovation of properties, which forms another of her passions. Maria holds a Level 4 Qualification in Lettings & Property Management, the highest industry-specific qualification available, making her a Fellow of the industry body, the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
